The percentage is high enough that it makes Army wives like me upset. Our husband's are over there risking their lives for us when they need to be home takeing care of their families. I agree that they don't need to be over there and I don't like my husband being there, but what they are doing is their job. They go to work everyday just like everyone else. Soldiers are people too and they don't need people in america dislikeing them just because of their job. Oh and by the way I'm in Ft. Hood, TX, the largest military base in the world, and to tell the truth I have never seen so many people suport the troops over there then right here in TX

Gosh... I wouldn't think anyone could dislike our military... at least, not the guys and gals doin' the dirty work and duckin' metal. I know I'm not one and I really can't say I've heard anyone else speak badly about the uniforms below Generals and Admirals and our Commander in Chief. (I divide my time between three locations in Arkansas and two in the Chicago area.)

People may not support our military policy, but I'm pretty sure they've learned the lessons of the Vietnam War and stand behind our fighting forces all the way. We want them to do the job and come home, one and all, ASAP.

Doesn't know exactly the percentile, but a lot of folks don't like the military. What gets me are the people that like to demostrate, and actually don't have anything to do with the military itself. Some of this folks don't even have any relatives serving in the military, and yet they are the one that holds those anti war banners. For us that serving this country. We appreciate for your support. This is a volunteer armed forces. We joined because it is what we wanted in life. Nobody force us to serve. Those people should be ashamed of them selves...

Close to zero. I like them so much that I want them to come home now, instead of risking their life and limb over what now looks like a pointless exercise and an unobtainable goal.

Guess it depends on where you live. In California where I live I think it's pretty prevalent. Somewhere more conservative, say, like Texas would show more support.

They don't even KNOW me. I think it's the ignorant percentage, the scared percentage, and the percentage that's too busy stepping on others' backs to raise themselves up in the world.
