Yes, that pretty much sums it up. All those annoying "why did god kill/maim/allow etc" questions are seen clearly.

Maybe it's just me, but things made less sense after I became an atheist, primarily because I no longer had a quick, easy answer for everything (God did it!). I have lots and lots of questions about life, the universe, and everything; and I've mostly had to resign myself to the fact that I'm not going to find out these answers. I'm alright with that, and have gotten to the point where I stopped worrying about it and just got on with enjoying the all too limited amount of lifetime I have.

Acting on instinct makes a lot more sense than living by a specific code of morality. That's why my dog sees no issue feverishly licking his crotch in the living room when company comes over.

"And if ye shall say there is no law, ye shall also say there is no sin. If ye shall say there is no sin, ye shall also say there is no righteousness. And if there be no righteousness there be no happiness. And if there be no righteousness nor happiness there be no punishment nor misery. And if these things are not there is no God. And if there is no God we are not, neither the earth; for there could have been no creation of things, neither to act nor to be acted upon; wherefore, all things must have vanished away. "

A large majority of law is rooted in theistic belief, so it does feel more natural and less shameful to screw your neighbor over if you believe that there's no lasting repercussion for it.

What kind of fool are you. Most people believe there is a master some one out there. But you believe things just happen???? Every thing just fall in perfect order some how.
nothing ,but nothing [, can just spring out from nothing, into something. Do you have the power to thank and reason with your self. I really can't believe you can't come up with something'

God is the only real answer. WHO can make the Sun shine, Like the song says. It took a master Crater to create in the true meaning of the word, from nothing, to make a lot of something,in perfect arayment, including all te laws, doing all the thing they do. God is the one that did it all, and the proof is every where.

There are other things to consider but as for my personal philosophy, I'm glad I came to my age of reason. I was 46. It was an epiphanous unslavation thats right slavation

Once I reached the age of reason, life only made sense once I discarded the religious dogma my family impressed upon me and realized that God is imaginary.

How? I don't see why it would make any sense!
If there is no God, where did I come from?
I could never believe that I am related to that mold growing under my sink. Come on, it MUST be some sort of joke!!!

Isn't it great how one's life and everything else makes sense once you realise that God -the creator - actually exist?

Absolutely! Living can actually be fun without the burden of that awful cult of sacrifice, death, and suffering.

Enjoy rational self-interest!
