well if christianity or catholicism, hell any religion is true than your boss supposedly like all humans are evil (well im not sure if any religions besides christianity or catholicism say humans are inherently evil please ignore my generalization if your religion does not believe humans are evil) and just had it in for you because he was "made" that way
