why do guys think its right to be premiscoius and then get mad at there girl for talking to another guy?

it's only right because he's on the receiving end, he's getting what he wants, and you just might find when you stop giving he'll have absolutely no use for you. The "gets mad", is not mad, it's jealously and you'll probably find it turns into a control issue. Do not take this as a compliment for it is not, he finds you distrustful and easy. I don't know how old he is, as we all have to learn through experience, but either way i'd remove myself from the situation, if it does not stop real soon.
