get her aside. tell her that you noticed her and don't just ask her "out" , instead tell her you'd like to take a walk with her , you know something short....if it goes well, and you ask her after your little "walk" or whatever, then you can ask her out, or something similar to that. go easy. there's never a rush.

haha yea I hate the your too youthful stuff properly it particularly is particularly stunning haha in case you share a style with between the ladies get to understand her make her snigger dont merely flat out ask her for her form or some thing thats merely awkward and she or he could get scared and wouldnt no the thank you to react haha so do no longer do this

Now, i dunno your situation, but i do know this... waiting will get you squat. you need to pluck up some backbone (women love confidence) and ask her out. thats the only way you'll figure it out. otherwise, you'll waste time waiting and wondering. by the next time you have the confidence to ask, she could very well be taken.

alright hun, like i tell everyone else who has this prob..even myself. cuz im going through this now two..but the best you can do..is take it one day at a time. i mean go up to her..just talk to her..be brave...i kno i aint one to talk..cuz im so shy and id never do that..but just dont stress urself over it hun. just take ur time..if its meant to be...you will find your way.
