Senior bake sale for proft?

I'm 19, I live in an apartment complex that is made up of mostly people over the age of 65. I was wondering if I set up a bake sale, do you think that I'd profit well from it? Especially if I include sugar-free items as well?

there's soo much more going into a long term venture than meets the eye. you can profit from it, but you may not want to keep up with the details such as "food inventory" which gets ugly.
