1/10 teaspoon (a small pinch!) cayenne pepper, gradually increase (the more BTUs the better)
300 - 500 ccm (10-14 oz) pure water

There's 8 ounces in a cup, so 10 oz is 1 1/4 cups and 14 oz would be 1 2/3 cups.
