Get a folder with those clear plastic sleeves.

Put everything in that folder.

A copy of the
job advert
job description
your resume
letter of application
reference letters
copies of your qualifications
Past performance reviews (have copies that they can keep)
your children's paintings (everything)

Then in the interview you can take it out and look at or show them what you have.

I have past examples of teaching materials, business reports and so on, which I can give them.

But being organised and prepared is also helpful in getting the job interveiw.

You can introduce the performance reviews while answering a question such as "Do you think you are a good communicator". You answer, "Well communication is very hard, and I try to do my best to communicate clearly. I have recieved good feedback on past performance reviews about my communication skill, in fact if you want to look at them, I have a copy here."

A resume is reachable to hold to any interview yet a portfolio is customarily a selection of appropriate paintings and reports and pictures etc that pertains to the job that's possibly not some thing you may have or desire on your application in this celebration. in case you have your resume, take it alongside, you do not could desire to have it in a folder if it makes you sense uncomfortable. you have it smartly in an envelope waiting to furnish or to pass away with the perspective corporation in case you think of it is appropriate. additionally relies upon in case you crammed out an application the two on line or on paper- a resume is likewise a solid way of having your info, besides as information on instruction, previous job journey, added skills, hobbies, and referees. From an employers attitude a short resume isn't a undesirable element- I somewhat have constantly felt that from now on than 2 pages is basically too a lot! think of how long they might take to study if everybody gave existence tale novels as resumes. The shorter and extra concise the extra advantageous! solid success with the job!

Yes, but only for your reference information... you can comment on them of how your previous supervisors admired your work ethic, performance, etc. You can offer it as reference if requested or if you see the conversation heading that way... otherwise make sure to highlight what the previous supervisors said about you, pertaining to the job. This may ignite questions of why you are leaving the previous job. But you must be prepared to answer those as well. If there is anything ambiguous or negative, do not show it or comment on it.

Have fun and be yourself

i would bring it. an interview is a time to sell yourself, so if you have merits to back up your performance, i would definitely show them. make sure that you present them professionally also. use a portfolio with clear sleeves so that it easy for the interviewer to view them.

I wouldn't bring them. Just bring your resume with all your acomplishments. That should be enough.

Best of luck!

Be calm and be sure to answer every question they ask!

You might copy them & when you offer your resume to them you could mention that you have the copies of your performance reviews for them if they want. Couldn't hurt.
