since we cant spot reduce body fat the only way to get rid of fat on any specific body parts is by lowering body fat percentage
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Watch what you eat, don't eat food high in saturated fat. Portion your meals right do not skip meals or starve yourself, those will get you results but with negative consequences. Exercise nothing too crazy or dangerous just start walking or if ya can swing it jogging, stretch before either one though. Just practice a more active lifestyle and watch you diet just eat as much as it takes so you're not starving yourself ok?

Eat 3 meals a day, and 2-3 snacks. Eat healthy things like fruits, veggies, whole grains, salads, yogurts, nuts, milk, lots f water, etc. I would eat a 300 cal breakfast, 500 cal lunch, 100 cal snack, 500 cal dinner, and 100-200 cal snack after. And run 20 minutes a day. Helpful??

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

try to cut down portions of your daily meals bit by bit so u'd have time getting used to it
depending on how fast u wanna lose weight
if u wanna lose wieght fast then u gotta get up and exercise and cut down about 100 calories a day on food
100cals less a day=less 10lbs a yr

okay your not going to believe me, but its probably just a stage your body is going through, whenever i was your age, i went from 85lbs to 105lbs. i didnt get real worked up over it, just tried to exercise a bit more. i didnt change my eating habits though...just started basketball and cheerleading, as well as dance lessons. i was about down to 85-90lbs in no time. your body just goes through some unwanted ackward stages...just hold your breathe and you will make it through alive i promise!
