AVI file .. look at thec end of the file name does it have on the end of it . AVI you have to have DOT then avi like this . avi then all you do is right click on the file go to open with then open it with windows media player or if you have the free Divx player that is a lot better then windows media player here is the website you can get the divx player from and it is free just click on the free download tab it is free to use i use it and make sure all your . avi and . mpeg files have the . avi & . mpeg on the end of the file name

Double click and media player will play it. The AVI maybe in a Xvid or DivX format, Google it and download for free.

i know if u would download a movie, it will be on AVI format
such as windows media player, but i dont know where u can get the converter for it.
