i have done something incredibly stupid, and i know its too late to change anything, and yes i feel very bad. i feel like a total mess... i wont mention what the situation is, but if you are in an impossible situation, is there any way to get out?

It all depends on what this incredibly stupid thing you did. You need to be a little more specific on what you did in order to get advice to mend the situation you're in. Once you tell a little more on your story then people can give you ideas on how to get out of it.

There is always a way out. Either you can leave your lover/spouse, change jobs, move to another city, etc. If none of those work, you can wait around 80 or 90 years. The way out will find you.

If you need help try prayer. It might help and it can't hurt. And also remember that God loves you no matter what, and is ALWAYS willing to forgive you if you repent.
