Sounds like you have the flu. Take something for it like Buckley's Cold & Flu Medication, Advil Cold & Sinus, Advil (for the sore throat), etc.
If your concerned about the interview and spreading your illness, request a different time to meet. If it's already too late to reschedule just take some precautions ( avoid coughing on people, use hand sanitizer and avoid physical contact (hand shaking etc.).

I'd recommend Clarinex-D but it's prescription. Claritin-D will work almost as well and it's over the counter (you might have to ask the pharmacist) take it early tomorrow morning and also some Advil for the aches. Also drink orange or grapefruit juice to get over the sickness faster and take airborne. The decongestant will fix the ear problem as well as the stuffy nose, the antihistamine will help with the runny nose & of course advil for the pain and general awful feeling. Get yourself some puffs with aloe for your nose if it's running so you don't have a red irritated nose. AND GO TO BED RIGHT AWAY! You could take Claritin tonight but I wouldn't recommend Claritin-D at night, the decongestant is likely to keep you awake. You could buy the Claritin and Sudafed separately but make sure you're getting real psudaphedrine for the decongestant, the other stuff (phenolephrine) doesn't work!
Then see if you feel well enough for the interview tomorrow. Wash your hands well before the interview and don't wipe your nose or anything during the interview if you can help it. If you cancel you don't get the job.

Drink some tea with honey. If you have a humidifier, use it..it will help break up the phlegm.
Keep drinking water, get plenty of sleep tonight.
If you don't feel better in a day or so, I would suggest talking to a doctor or pharmacist about taking some otc meds.

Are your lymph nodes swollen? Do you feel nauseous at all? Check your tonsils- do they have pockets of pus on them, or are they swollen or unusually red? If not, its likely that you just have a bad cold. Phlegm I dont think is associated with strep... That means it's respiratory. Oh and check your temperature too. Above around 99 degrees means you have a fever, which means you have an infection (Bacterial or viral) and you need to see a doc.
PS. DONT take any medications before you know what it is!!

Sounds like you're coming down with a fever. You should take lots of medicine so your nose isn't running while your at the interview. Cuz that would be kinda distracting.

The achy part makes me think it is the flu. Do you have a fever? keep up with the fluids and try some OTC flu remedies.
