For some reason my camera is not showing up under my computer when I plug it into the usb plug...help me!!!

some cameras have to be put in the review mode first

Well check to see if there is a cd that comes with the camera package and install it.
My computer has like 3 usb slots. One in the front and two in the back where all the wires are. The one in the front doesn't work so I figuired to use the back and it works. So if you have 2 different sides of usb slots try that.

Make sure that you have installed the proper driver for your system.
Connect the camera - turn it on - run the scanner & camera wizard
or
connect - power up - go to my computer and look for a removable drive - double click that drive and look for a folder named something like DCIM and double click that continue opening folders until you find your pictures.

your usb cable might not work
