she knew about my phone bill because we were together for 6 months and she knew when it was due, so when she called it was turned off.

Maybe, she's trying to make amends. But if you think she's evil and you want to completely sever ties with her; you should refuse acceptance of her gifts.including the phone bill payment. By the way, how did she find out about your phone bill; unless you told her.? No sugar mama, no friends.!!!
Otherwise, you'll be indebted to her again and that means more obligatory connections. . Remember, the anecdote:: "Beware of Greeks -bearing gifts." It might spell doomsday and nightmare II all over for you again.

Then don't accept the things she has for you. Taking the small things but, turning her away when it comes to something she wants could get in you in deeper. Just don't accept her calls and don't answer the door when she "is just dropping by". Keep your distance until she picks up her next victim.
