I don't advise it.
If something goes wrong, she could get you for sexual harassment, and then you'll be suspended from college.

If she is a TA in a class that you are taking, she will probably think that you are trying to use her. She will also probably not be allowed to date any students in the courses she is assisting with, or risk losing her job. If she is not a TA in a class you are enrolled in, she will probably be flattered that you asked her out. My advice is that if she is assisting in a class you are taking, wait until next semester when you will have a better chance of getting a "yes" from her.

Don't listen to these people! Go ahead and do it! My friend "asked out" his TA last year and they are still together. The reason I put this in parentheses is because he didn't make it look obvious that he was trying to ask her out. He went to her office hours frequently and asked her if she wanted to go out for a cup of coffee...it was the least he could do with all the help she gave him. Luckily she bought his pickup line and they went from there. Don't freak her out by asking her and do it smoothly. Also, don't make it seem like you are just using her. Don't talk about schoolwork. Good luck!

You can try but that's probably skating on thin ice.
Could be all 4 things, but the bottom line is that most schools have rules against this stuff and DO NOT allow for ambiguity
you can get her fired if she isn't / doesn't feel obligated to quit.

If she looks good she's probably had other students in the past ask her out. She'll probably be flattered, but if she's that much older than you she's probably already in a relationship.

seems to me that you are keen to ask her out no matter what but just remeber that it is badly looked upon for a student to be dating a techer or even a teachers-aid espically if you are in some of her classes because people will start to say something i think she may be a bit shocked but dont be too shut down if she says no

e) turn you down cold, her jobs more important than loosing it to a student! But it sure sounds like a yummy idea!!
I'd just let the fantasies run wild instead, and probably fail the course as well!

seriously don't do it. It's nice that you're being eagar and outgoing and that's what girls YOUR OWN age is looking for....but someone that age is way off. Since you're in college, theres a hell lot of other girls for you. That assistant may have a bf already.
I think d.

Go for it man, you said you're going to anyway, so sack up and ask her out. I asked out a TA once, that was 2 years ago and we're still together, so stranger things have happened...
