I'm 17 and I have exactly one week to lose about 3 or 4 pounds. I gained exactly that much and now I can't fit into my homecoming dress and homecoming is just next Saturday!! If I go to the YMCA everyday is it possible for me to lose weight?

Just eat vegetables, only vegetables & healthy food and walk, jog or run. Yes, it's absolutely possible to lose 3-4 lbs in a week. That's what most diets say is reasonable.

If you watch you calories, keep them between 1200 and 1600, and exercise, you should Probably be able to drop the weight. Most likely it is just water weight. Another suggestion I have is to drink a bunch of green tea.

Yes it is possible to lose that little weight. Exercise and eat healthy and you can do it.

Yes, if you eat very little and work out constantly, but be prepared to gain it back if you starve it off.
