My dad and my mom are in an argument because my mom kept yelling at me and cursing so my dad kept telling her yto stop because he saw what it was doing to me so she wouldnt listen so he grabbed her head kind and shook and it foward and backwards.. is this abuse? even though he was just trying to get her to stop verbally abusing me?

I am assuming you are in highschool...if so go to your school counceler and tell him or her everything...even what your mother says to you....they will help you! they will direct you in the right path...you are all headed twards dissaster!

yes cuz violence should never be a solution. he could have taken you somewhere out of the room or out of the house if what your mom was doing to you was bad
