What kind of messing? Tormenting or terrorizing? Is he being a pest or a bloody nuisance? Is he fooling around or making your life a serious living hell? If it's not that serious a deal just ignore him. Otherwise complain to your parents and if it is really really serious call the police if they won't do anything. You could always get your friends over and plan a serious retaliation prank on him. Girls rule, right???

I used to be the pesky little brother to my sister, it was programed into me at birth. I still mess with her sometimes, and she's 42 now, lol. You and him will probably be best of buddies later on in life, even though its hard to imagine now.

Talk to your parents. Brothers will be brothers. But if it is geting to the point where it is distracting you in your schoolwork and things like that then it needs to be addressed.

Well, just maybe make a deal with him, or just say " Will you please STOP messing with me." Or, if that doesn't work, just ask him nicely what the reason is for why he is messing with you.( That's what I did)

Just yell out him load, telling him to stop it, not to do it ever agian. Then deck him right in the face as hard as you can. After say there is more coming if he wants it. He'll get the point.

i have an older brother and the way i get him to leave me alone is to blackmail him at school i pretend to tell everyone that he is gay and he leaves me alone or......(this next part is really mean just a far warning)......i scare him by saying im gonna chop something off or kill him in his sleep

messing with you in what way? if it's teasing and bullying, your best bet is to figure him out and beat him at his own games. catch him off guard.
if it's torture or sexual abuse, then you need to tell him to stop or that you will tell on him. and then hold true to your word.
