yes because it is digested quickly. it will have to wait behind the other foods before being sent forward. You may get an upset stomach. Supposedly eating fruits first is a way to prevent toxins (not dangerous) but in regards to a detox diet. But for me I eat them when i want to eat them. I can not follow all the rules

You can eat it anytime you want(x In China, they ALWAYS eat watermelon after every single meal, no matter what part of China you are in. This is symbolizes the days when China was being taken advantage of by the other countries. They felt as if they were a watermelon, and everyone just kept grabbing a piece. So that is why they eat fruit, watermelons, at the end of their meal. It is a reminder of how much respect they have gotten since then! Hope I helped(x

I think that if fruit is sweeter and should be eaten after your meal. I think saltier foods should be eaten first! here is a link that talks all about fruit and how and when to eat it!:

Fruit and vegetables help with your digestion, as long as you eat it some time during the day it will help. It doesn't really matter in what order you eat your food.

It doesn't matter. But fruits are normally considered dessert and snack foods. As they are natural simple sugars; so they are metabolize fast and burn into energy quickly. So when you feel the "munchies"; instead of reaching for that junk food, grab an apple instead. Your body specifically, your heart and your overall health including your immune system and digestive system will all thank you for it. ,

it's a good way to lose weight - the fruit can fll you up a bit and help you to eat less, say, bread - or meat.
