"These ones are fresh."

Is there anything wrong with it, if so, please explain, if you cant explain, its okay, just answer anyway .

"These ones" is not correct. Say simply "These are fresh."

It is correct to say"these are fresh ones" whatever the fresh is.

Why because the fresh goes with the ones and not with the these, ones as one answerer said is implied and that is also correct. It would be better to tell OuR readers what was fresh to give him or her more content, vague words are not used in scholarly writing i.e is, these, are it, these words are more of a filler than of use and for clarity should be eliminated out of MOST of your writing....
As always there are exceptions to the rule.

I think there is no incorrect grammar, they would be ungrammatical. You can say, is this correct grammatically or is this grammatical, or is this as opposed to, is this spelling correct. Spelling can be correct or incorrect. Of course there are direrent levels of speach and spoken is somewhat different from written. That's a fine point though. It took an English teacher to know the difference. lol

Not really. It's better to say "These are fresh" (The 'ones' is implied).

i think you can use "this one's fresh" instead.

Yes, it's correct. "Ones" is plural, and "are" agrees with that.
