I never count them pickle wise. However I can tell you jar-wise that the answer is two jars. One is a gallon of kosher cucumber ones. The other is a quart of pickled peppers. Any other jar was a trial of another flavor and is long gone and not worth buying again.

Probably about 4 dozen jars of homemade pickles...sweets as well as bread and butter. I don't have any dill pickles because I've never liked them. I also have a few jars of pickled veggies (beets, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, onions) and chili sauce.
How 'bout you?
