So, I've heard the usual 'you'll only lose muscle' and 'your metabolism will slow down' but i've heard this: for the first three days your body runs on glucose, than for about 30 days on fat, and THEN it burns muscle and then organs. Hunger apparently subsides after a day or two. This seems like an okay way to lose weight. BTW im a 5 foot 5 male, 140lbs/

Body uses muscle for energy before fat because fat is way more valuable to it than muscle.
Dont make a stupid mistake you will regret for years to come. Seriously...

NEVER EVER EVER do ANYTHING like this. you will harm your body so much. once you run out of food, your body will start eating the stuff it once though of as waste, and you can get really sick, and you can get sick from starvation, very quickly. you damage your heart by this, your digestive tract, everything. your brain will go to crap because its not getting blood with nutrition in it. And why do you need to lose weight? you're good! but if you did wanna lose a little bit of weight, exercise 20 minutes a day 3 times a week, it really does work, and watch your calories. And its better for you to eat several small meals during the day then to eat 3 big meals. its really the best thing to do.

i got here across the e book to be very informative and undemanding to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too promptly. i'm going to confess i haven't observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet customarily) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me through quantity that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the advice. i've got in no way bought something like this earlier because of the fact they're generally packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start at present!

dont be lazy and starve. do the right way and go for a run or go work out. and if your only 5'5'' and 140 your not even over weight why u r trying such an extreme method?


dont be lazy get ur butt moving!

it is horrible ok u cant do this to your body!
trust me u will regret it i thought the same thing and i ended up in a hospital with needles and oxygen for almost a month - i collapsed in class- and i regret it soooo much it will kill ur body and eventually you!
