DO NOT BRUSH RIGHT AFTER you eat sweets or drink coke, soda, juice, etc. By doing that you will weaken your enamel and your teeth will become sensitive and also yellowish since enamel covers the dentin (which is yellow). Wait at least 30 minutes to one hour to brush. To prevent cavity floss daily and brush teeth at least twice a day. Also try to visit a dentist about twice a year for cleaning, I think thats the best bet to prevent cavities.

Ouch, 4 cavities are bad. I just had a root canal, so I shouldn't be talking ;P

You shouldn't brush your teeth right away, you should wait 30 minutes after meals at least. I read that somewhere, I forgot why.
Sweets are okay, but try to chew sugarless gum if you chew alot. It's because with gum, your literally bathing your teeth in sugar with every bite, and you chew alot on your gum. Browies and apple juice are consumed fast, so their the sugar for your teeth no where near as bad. I hope this up.

Brush your teeth twice a day, floss, get regular cleanings. As far as food goes, sugar rots teeth so if you eat anything sugary, including, yes, apple juice, brush afterwards. Chew sugarless gum. They just said on the news last night that dentists have approved, Extra, Eclipse and Orbit gum. Apparently, they say they prevent cavities.

Many things effect your teeth. Things that cause cavities are juices, alllll sodas, milk, gum, candy, sweets, and not taking care of them. It only takes 10 minutes for the sugars & acids to start to eat away at the enamel of your teeth. Be sure to brush right after if you want to eat & drink these things.

Brush & Floss, See your dentist every 6 mo., and try a good rinse such as ACT in any store or PREVIDENT from you dentist.

The one best thing you can do to prevent cavities is to floss, floss, floss! And with the proper technique when you make sure you get every side of the tooth above the gum line. Some other things you could do are to make sure you get regular cleanings and brush twice a day.

Brush your teeth at least twice a daily with flouride toothpaste. Also floss regurally. If you don't like doing that, there is a pink mouthwash called Listerine and it has flouride in it. Apple juice doesn't harm teeth, but brownies will. And for gum, use sugar free. It tastes the same, but won't hurt teeth. In fact gum is sometimes good. Like stuff is stuck to your teeth, the gum will pick it up.
