Is it true that if you don't sweat when you walk or run you aren't burning very many calories? When it's cold i don't sweat very easily, so am I not burning anything?

No; sweat is just the body's reaction to heat. It cools you off.

If you're using actual energy to run (which, of course, you ARE), then you ARE burning calories.

No, that's not true. You're still burning calories even in the winter.

well if you dont sweat, it means your not working very hard, or you're dehydrated. always remember to drink plenty of water. and yes, you still burn lots of calories even if you dont sweat that much. you burn calories sitting on your butt.
