No, all dead in the morning

36Then the angel of the LORD went out and struck 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men arose early in the morning, behold, all of these were dead.

The Israelites awoke the next morning and found the Assyrians dead.

Just a guess, but I would think it was the live ones that woke up in the mornung and found the others dead.
