I mean there's this guy named, well, I'll call him "Toey" that I like...should I pass him a note in class that says "will you go with me? Yes no or maybe(circle)"?

This boy may not never like you in the way you want. Then he might think you are a hot woman that dreams are made of. But even if he does , he might be shy about telling you . Fear is a strong thing . And when you put fear and love together. people get shy ,when they are young. If you have a girl friend that knows him,have her talk to him and tell him that you like him . This is a easy way to find out if he is interested....

I think it is a great idea. If you are too shy to hand him the note you could get a friend of yours to do it. Or they could even ask him if he wants to go out with you. Don't get a guy to do it because they will read the note over the intercom and laugh at you all day. and then because his freinds are like laughing he will probubly say no, to show he is such a big man jerk.

easy, keep saying hi to him but smiling, not just a casual "hi"
be carefull tho you dont want to annoy him so also give him some space.
if he isnt a shy guy he will say hi back, then little by little increase your conversations as the time passes
