OK, I have been in love with a woman for 3-4 years that I work with and she doesn't want anything more than a friendship with me. It's hard for me to move on because I see her everyday and I can't get a new job because I am in the military. What should I do?

Distract yourself with work and hobbies and try to meet someone else. You don't want to be with someone who doesn't love you back, do you?
If the feelings continue, you might want to examine if you have a pattern of seeking the unattainable. I say this not to diminish the reality of your feelings; just something to think about.
