After you made your favorite spag. sauce, brown a pound of ground turkey. Drain your pan of any excess oil and add enough sauce to make the turkey moist. Now use this as a layer in your lasagna. You will love this taste. Make sure to season with S&P during cooking of the turkey.

The only way I've used ground turkey, is 1/2 turkey, 1/2 hamburger. I also have found that homemade meatballs are much better 1/2 and 1/2 too. The flavor is great!
I make a meat sauce, mix the Ricotta with eggs and Parmesan , then in pan, sauce, mozzarella , noodles, Ricotta, sauce, etc. and end with sauce and mozz. on top and sprinkle with more parm.

Turkey tacos. keep on with the recipe on the taco kit or seasoning packet yet use the floor turkey as a exchange of floor pork. or, and my popular... Asian type turkey dumplings. in a million lb floor turkey blend 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp olive oil, 2TBS soy sauce, sparkling floor pepper, 5 dashes worcestershire sauce, 4-5 chopped scallions, vegetables and all, a million TBS sparkling chopped cilantro, a million tsp sugar, a pair of million/2 cup finely chopped shitaki mushrooms, stems bumped off, a million small can water chestnuts drained and finely chopped and a million TBS cornstarch. blend all ok. Make dumplings the two in wonton skins (got here across in the produce dept) or dumpling skins contemporary in asian markets. I make a ton then freeze them when you consider that forming the dumplings is time eating. Then I common throw them in boiling water or fowl broth became right down to a simmer with some bay leaves till they waft to the precise then enable them to simmer for 2 extra minutes. I serve them with a dipping sauce made with soy sauce, sesame oil, , honey, extra chopped scallions and a lot of crimson chili flakes. So yummy!

I use the same recipe as I would use for ground beef....cook it the same way.
I make a meat sauce that also includes Italian Sausage with fennel for a punch in flavor.
