Yes, indeed! The HOLY SPIRIT undoubtably guides us in that which we are to pray for. HE is the Spirit of GOD, and the essential operative in our prayer lives; who helps us in speaking to Yeshua, who is our Advocate with YHWH, Our Heavenly Father! I have had an urgency, and an undeniable prompting many times, by the Holy Spirit, and the "groaning" that you speak of could not be better said by myself: for it truly is the HEART OF GOD, who is magnificently pleased with your obedience in your prayer life! YHWH Blessing, in Y'Shua our REDEEMING SALVATION!!!

Interesting. I will relate to you something that happened to me this past Thursday night. I fellow YA member had messaged me with a special prayer request and I told her I would be praying for her at 10 PM (CST) that night (long story). She messaged me back and said that for her that would be 11 PM for her (EST). She said only that she lived in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, but gave no further description of her location. That night as I was talking with God about her request, it was as though an arc was made in the sky that led from where I was kneeling in my back yard to the eastern part of Tennessee. I didn't understand it at the time, but the next morning when I went on-line there was a message for the lady wherein she told me she was in the area of Eastern Tennessee! I had not been mindful of the fact that the eastern part Tennessee is in the Eastern Time Zone - I had been thinking maybe she was on the East Coast. I count it as a special little hug from God just letting me know He was there.

i think i know what you mean and if so yes. its like this heavy burden or heartache for who your praying for that you cant speak words you just cry and moan. there was this one particular time that i was praying for someone and it started really hurting me and i remember saying "Lord if it takes me leaving this world for them to be saved then so be it". Ive only actually said that once but the other experience of interceding has happened a few times. its wonderful to be used by God in this way.

Yes. God has used me to pray for people in many ways. There are times He puts someone on my heart and sometimes breaks my heart for them. Sometimes He uses me to pray in tongues for them and sometimes not. But it's all up to Him and he does whatever He wants to do.

How important is the groaning sound to you or the person who needs help?
As long the help arrives for real or by fluke from God or nature is important.
Our body is made to heal it's self.

Yes, my story is about a friend of mine, her father had lasic eye surgery. He ended up having problems after the surgery. They thought he might have gone blind. I told her God was testing her faith to see if she would pray or give up and say to heck with it. Yesterday I heard from her and she told me her father now has 20/20 vision now that's the power of God. Does this answer your question?
