Look in ad papers or local magazines.
I dont know specific places for yoga but i know in gyms they have classes (i was going to NYSC on Shore dr and they had lots of different classes and a few different yoga ones)

Ya sure you can join abhayayoga.com for yoga classes in Brooklyn. It is providing very affordable rates for yoga classes.

I live in Bensonhurst of Brooklyn, and have yet to encounter a good place for yoga. I do not do yoga personally, but do then as part of my stretches.
I do know of a good few places in Tribeca, in the city.
I do not recall the names, but I past by them a few times when I go into college campus.
