The best cereal for fiber is Go Lean Crunch by Kashi. It has less sugar and a lot more fiber. It also tastes alot like Honey Smacks cereal. My husband was a Raisin Bran Crunch fan. One taste of Go Lean and now we suddenly have to go to Sam's each month to buy a case for each week. It is very good and very good for you, too. Compare for yourself:

I like Kellogg's Raisin Bran the best. If I need just the bran flakes, I get All Bran (certain recipes). But you can't go wrong with the 2 scoops for morning cereal!
