dont do any weird diets! seriously!
trust me from self experience....dieting should be taken more seriously since you'r doing it for a reason..losing weight and looking better right? well is it worth it if you diet and then just gain the weight all back because you stopped that diet in specific and went back to your normal life? what to do then if you dont want to live in an eternal diet!?

excercise because you need to get your body into movement! this way you can start burning fats, and gaining muscle weight...pretty much everyone knows this...not to mention that even though its only 30 minutes of walking, it also keeps your heart healthy. The body needs calories in order to function, so if you lower your intake to no less than 1,500 cals a day and add a little of excercise you'll start losing weight fast, I can assure you.
proteins because they help you speed up your metabolism as well...DONT GIVE UP ON CARBS THOUGH! not good cos the body needs em as well...just dont over do it...eat more proteins than carbs and you'll see the results ;)
and nutrition cos eating the right amount of nutrients that your body needs will help you keep yourself healthy, losing weight, and keeping your metabolism at full speed.
eventually you'll reach your goal weight and you can start increasing your intake 50 calories a day...measure how your body takes the change, and control that until you reach an amount of calories that will help you maintain your current weight...meaning your goal!
