Why are there schools and colleges? Why doesn't every search engine on the internet just have one result - "The Bible"?
Is it because the Bible is wrong? Incomplete? Antiquated?

hmm, that's a very good question. I would have to say yes to yout questions 4-6, and also say that the world is lazy, and want to go through a book about as much as they do an encyclopedia. INstead, they decide to type it on the internet and wait a few hours....

Some people interpret the bible wrong. if you read the bible you must seek the answer from the bible.
Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

your in a market and your preparing a spare ribs with side dishes. first the spare ribs. you buy it at a meat shop. But! the meat shop does not have all the ingredients? am i right? you must go to another store to buy ingredients.
Just like that if you have read a verse you must take an answer by another verse

in Book of Philippians. Paul said:

finding the answer of who is the dog. you must seek the bible for an answer
the answer is this not in the Book of Philippians
it is in the Book of Isaiah

Not everyone believes in the Bible and its teachings. Not many people live their lives word for word by the bible, either.
Schools are colleges exist to teach other things = math, writing, reading, modern history, etc.
Yahoo Answers is so popular because you get a quick, real life answer to your question, be it Bible related or not. :)

The Bible is not wrong old or incomplete. I feel that people don't like the answers that are in the Bible so they turn to other things in this world. Often times people don't even remember the Bible until they face a devastating situation.

Who told you the Bible has ALL the answers? No Christian I ever met would have said that to you.
You are confused about the difference between the soul and the body. Go find a Muslim, Jew or Christian to explain it to you.

Simple---the Bible doesn't have all the answers--no source does---we are constantly finding out new things--or to be more accurate we are always pushing the bounds of ignorance further away---but there is no such thing as "absolute knowledge" of anything!

Just because the answers are in the Bible don't mean that people accept it as it is.... People are looking for somebody to agree with them when they don't believe God or his Word. the Bible is not wrong, incomplete or inadequate. It's people that are that way.....

Many of the people who might otherwise respond to your question actually believe (if they would admit it to themselves) that there SHOULDN'T BE any schools or colleges. That they are unneccesary and that the only way to learn ANYTHING worthwhile is the bible. It's unlikely that they would admit this however, except to people who think exactly the same way.

Religion and Spirituality is only one aspecyt ofYahoo Answer.
Spiritually all the answer is in the Bible, but different people have different interpretion of theBible. One more thing most people interpret things the way they want things to be.
