I honestly do my best not to. It's not their fault, usually. I think some people do it because they feel like they're suffering and others should be suffering as well.

I don't get frustrated much and when I do I keep it inside and will forget about it. But on the very rare occasions when I'm frustrated or stressed from multiple reasons I am quick to strike out at the next person who is unlucky enough to get to me on that particular day. I don't multi task multi stress well. lol
I always apologize but realize that words said can never be taken back.

Yes I do not intentionally of course but I do sometimes snap at others not often but it does happen usually when it's the person themselves who are aggravating me, like being rude or nosy. I hate admitting that I do such a thing but at last I am only human and I make mistakes. I think it is a part of human nature a way of coping with life.

Nope, I take out my frustration on the source of my unhappiness. If I am angry at someone, trust me...they'll know because I will make it very obvious. They'll know I am mad at them and I will explain why. (Its always important to explain why.)

I would suppose other people do that because they have difficultly dealing with the emotion of anger. They don't know how to control or use it, so they are afraid of it. Of course, feelings like anger or hate cannot be repressed totally, they always find a way out.

When I catch myself being short with others because of a frustration or problem I am dealing with, I take a timeout and make myself go to my room! Better that than the quilt of hurting others. Sometimes I punish myself my listening to my favorite music, and that seems to work for me.

Unfortunately I do. I get mixed up in trying to raise two kids and holding down a full time job, and it gets tough. Normally when I'm short with someone, especially my kids, I'll set them down and explain to them what's going on. I can tell ya, I can relate to those women who hold a full time job with kids and have a husband who sits on his butt every night after work. To combat it I try and remain focused on the end results, that helps me stay off my pity-pot!

more when i'm frustrated but yes, it's a big downfall of mine. through prayers and some scriptural & life directon from my priest, i'v gotten a lot better. it still happens but less ffrequently. after it happens, i generally go to the person i feel i've hurt and ask forgiveness or jst apologize for being an insenitive clod!

When I'm frustrated or unhappy, I am sometimes "cold" or more aloof than usual. People take this as my being angry at them. As I explained to somebody earlier today, this is just me. I've always been this way. It doesn't mean I'm angry at anybody in particular.

I've had this experience several times this week, involving more than one person.

Unfortunately I do. But I'm aware that I am doing this and take step to stop it. Over time I've been able to predict when this will happen and my "rants" have become little more than a passing nuisance.

I try not too, but sometimes I find myself becoming snappish, especially if the frustration is personal. I think we all behave in that way, and today has been a perfect example.
