how much jail time can you get if you are convicted of breaking and entering, robbery, and false aqusation?

It depends on the state. I did three years on a six year sentence with two years probation in Indiana DOC for armed robbery, a class B felony. In Michigan I would have served 8 years with only 15% time taken off for good behavior.

Depends on much. State minimums, his lawyer, any priors and circumstance. Was he alone in this and will someone testify against him? Even if he is clean cut or not will matter. Does he have a job? Many things so nobody can say. The lawyer thing is key.

The bigger thing after his few years is that in this day and age more and more jobs of any type are doing background checks. Even if he works for himself there is the whole licensed and bonded thing. If convicted he will never be really successful.

anywhere from 2-5 years depending on the prior record and also the mood of the judge

2.5 yrs to 6years if first time in some states.

get a new boyfriend with a real job.

there is no set amount of time for any crime. the judge sentences you to what the law allows.
