Pangel is a woman from Scotland - that in her time here in R&S, over 16 months, has noticed more anger than needed, she made a change and invented the (((HUGS))) - these attacks of love slowly spread and now there is a brigade size force on R&S.
Her questions look inocent - but when you open to read more your covered in love and this intoxicating loveness can spread to hugging family and friends as it is absorbed into your system. Some actually treat strangers kinder.
So the brigade grows.
Technically she will answer all questions - so ask.
