WOW!! THREE oxymorons in one sentence!
(In other words, it's a bit difficult when there is no such thing as a Liberal Fundamentalist or *scientific* creationism or a weapon of peace.)
Edit: John the Baptist, eugenics comes close, except that it was "social Darwinism" and bore little resemblance to good science.

Let's see if this question makes any more sense if we reverse ALL the terms: Are there any Conservative evolutionists who agree that scientific darwinism can be used as a weapon of war?
