Theoretically, you can prove or disprove anything; it depends on what your criteria of proof is. The standard is usually the scientific method. I'm sure someone could come up with some sort of an experiment to prove or disprove the existence of God. One author and scientist comes up with a lose, theoretical disapproval of God in the book The Creation. I've never seen anything that actually proves the existence of God. And I don't think it matters if you're a Christian with or without a bible. Personally I think the best one can do is prove the existence of the mind, because the degree to which a god exists is only as much as the degree to which the mind exists; God only exists in the mind of man.

The concept of God is not intrinsically Christian and is therefore by no means in need any religious text - Christian or otherwise - to justify itself. There are three basic premises for the concept, all based purely on logic. The most important is the First Cause argument, which holds that there must be a Primary Cause for reality to exist at all; to argue that reality came into existence without motive force is to deny the most fundamental law of physics, that of cause and effect. The second argument is that the God-concept is the largest or highest concept to which the human mind can attain; if there were anything beyond it,we would presumably be able to conceptualize it. The third is that if God isn't preexistent than existence itself is either preexistent - a contradiction - or is itself outside of existence while encompassing itself, rather like the Hindu construct of Brahma-samhita. Since God occupies a central position in virtually all religions,I fail to see why you address your question to Christianity in particular - or why you can't just google up "God" on the Wiki, which actually provides a good examination of the ontological basis for the concept.

Yea, get up and walk outside for a minute. Most of the things that we use as humans comes from nature. If all that stuff out there had "just evolved" or "decided to change a little over time", why can't we, as smart as we "claim" to be change anything about our own bodies with a meare thought? Why would we need the help of some doctor and plastic surgery to change things just about ourselves. You honestly think that the different seasons "just happen" the same every year? What power do you think causes the earth to turn the same speed all these millions of years, or at least the same throughout your lifetime and your grand parents that can tell you (that is if you can take their word for it). Can all this happen without a higher power (God)

If by "prove" you mean to make God's existence so certain that it's impossible for God not to exist, then no. I don't think I could prove anything with that kind of certainty.

But if you mean "prove" in the sense of giving an argument for, then yes. I would offer the kalaam cosmological argument and the moral argument for the existence of God. Neither of them depend on the Bible.

Even with the Bible, you can't prove absolutely that God is real. But you atheists can't prove He isn't real, can you? Maybe that's why you continue to ask here. We, that are Christians just know that He is. It's called faith, without which, it is impossible to please God. Jesus told Thomas, (rough paraphrase) "You believe because you have seen. But more blessed are those who have believed without seeing."

Besides which, my own life experiences have been proof enough for me.

You can't 'prove' God is real--with or without a Bible. Christians believe, as do other believers, in a concept of God based primarily on faith.

My father had a stroke and was in the hospital for nine days in a coma and i got on the floor and prayed and i heard a voice in my head say Rub His Feet. i did and he opened his eyes and was out of the hospital in 3 days and lived well for 11 more years.he talked more and had a little bit of a memory problem.
i have seen other supernatural miracles. so I know thru many ways and experiences that God is real.and his spirit is a real force .i could write a book about how God has touched my life and others life's.
If you don't believe in God or have accepted his spirit into you then that's your business not mine. Its the spirit of God that matters not some book.all that call on the name of the lord will not be saved. only those who do my fathers will. will make it to heaven said Jesus.you must know the spirit.few truly know the spirit.

Christianity is about proving Jesus, not God. The proof is not in about Jesus. The Bible is not true and without error. It is a collection of bogus fables written by dubious authors. Best proof of God is people, animals, and life on earth exist.

An artist’s personality can be revealed by his paintings. Similarly, the “invisible qualities” of God, the Designer and Creator of the universe, are clearly seen in creation. When we carefully observe God’s handiwork, we obtain a better understanding of his personality, and he thus becomes more real to us.
If you go beyond casual observation of things created by God, you may be deeply impressed with the reality of his qualities. For example, information about the navigational abilities of birds may well heighten your appreciation of God’s wisdom. In reading about the universe, you may learn that the Milky Way, which is about 100,000 light-years across, is only one of billions of galaxies throughout space. The Question Begs..who made all this and where can we read about this Awesome Creator?

No.
I cannot prove it with or without the Bible.
You cannot prove that your theory is 100% accurate or real, either, with or without a Science book.
