When the Fundies took over country music and started putting out their brand of country music, the pagans were sent forth from the realm of country music, never to dwell therein again. It has been said that pagans were officially ejected from country music when the song "Drop Kick Me Jesus, Through the Goalposts of Life" skyrocketed on the charts.

HAHAHAHA this caught me totally off guard. I don't mean to insult you, but I am Pagan and I absolutely HATE country music and I was literally just talking about it to my husband as I saw this question.
