i don't know how to do this that why o need help is this like myspace were you get to chat and contact and give people your number and go on dates with them cause is it is i like it

no.
although you can use it like myspace in the background. you can email someone if you want to chat, then move to your own email or IM or even meet in person, this is an question and answer format. thats it. no chatting.
in this section you would ask a question like " does he like me " then explain what the person did and the rest of us give our opinion.
