i know it sounds corny... but i've always wondered.... why are we here? what was here before God?

-You implied that you believe in God
-God made us to worship/hang out with him and enjoy ourselves around him. We are supposed to shimmer, have joy, create, learn, serve, rule, teach, and love.
-Before God? I don't think there WAS time. I think God created time. there is no time in eternity and his dimension. There was no before God, because there was no before. He just was, there was no beginning. I hope there is no time in eternity, because that would make living forever in heaven actually a scary thought...
-This is not a corny question. everybody has to decide the answer to it at some point. What you decide says a lot about who you are and what your priorities are.

A question I am sure all of us has ask or thought of at one time or other.
I wish i had the answer to that .
God has always been.There is not a before God.

Um, assuming for a moment that supernatural universe creators actually exist, there was no 'here' before they created it.
As for why WE'RE here, where else should we be?
