If it's preinstalled, you won't actually have a CD labled "Windows Vista Premium" probably.

But you should have a CD that came with your computer, probably with the HP logo on it, either labled "Vista Reinstallation CD" or "Installed Programs", or something like that.

They have to provide you with some kind of CD in case it ever needs to be reinstalled. If you can't find one, then by all means give HP a call.

Up until the last few years, the CD software (os) was included. HP and other companies that I am familiar with have provided a way (program) that enables you to make your own Disks. Please contact www.support.hp.com.
They will help you. good luck.

NO - ALL PRELOADED COMPUTERS COME WITHOUT INSTALATION DISC - ALWAYS HAS BEEN LIKE THAT - ALWAYS WILL BE
IF YR HARD DISK IS FORMATED BUT EMPTY THAN OPERATING SYSTEM IS INCLUDED ON ACCOMPANIED DISCS OR DVD AND YOU NEED TO INSTALL IT FROM THESE DISCS OR DVD
HP PRELOADS COMPUTERS WITH OPERATING SYSTEM MEANING THERE IS NOT INSTALLATION DISC
