OK, you know GIMP is a free and solidly good free me-too after Photoshop, itself is obviously needed to download, but as most other free software ported from Linux it used an interface set called GTK, I won't iterate how superior a native GTK layer is over Windows interface because that doesn't seem to carry over to Windows-based compatibility layer GTK. You need that GTK either as separate download and install or a version of GTK bundled in a bigger download. So you need either:

1. A lumped together bundled download of both GTK and GIMP, or
2. Two separate downloads of GIMP and GTK.
