In animals there are 4 classes of tissue: neural, epithelial, muscular, connective. These are to general to be unique to one part of the body but muscle tissue has the subclass of cardiac tissue found in the heart.

I was going to say the various tissues in the eyes, but there's two of them. Same for the smell receptors in the two nostrils.
So, as a guess, how about the taste buds on the tongue? Most people only have one of those... :-)
