SERIOUS QUESTION, NO 2 POINT JUNKIE ANSWERS PLEASE.
Hi,
Years ago a woman hung herself in my garage.
I have been in there at midnight on Halloween and on other nights but have seen no sign of a spirit.
There may not even be one as I think she had a Christian burial and lies in hallowed ground.
I am demolishing the garage soon and want to offer this spirit, if it is there, a new home in my new garage.
To do this, I will have to invite the spirit to move into an object, so that I can transport it, to my new garage.
What would you suggest I offer the spirit to use as a vessel?

A spirit does not need room. That is your own perspective on this. There may not even be a spirit, but if you feel conscious towards thsi then take some of the old room with you, like a part of the beam in respect and talk to her. Good luck.

If you haven't seen any evidence of a spirit being there, then chances are there isn't. (IMHO this is regardless of Christian burial or not)
You say you want to offer the spirit the chance of a "home" in the new garage. That sounds like you are being considerate, but research what you plan to do carefully, to minimise any potentially unpleasant happenings both for yourself/the spirit.
You don't need to "hold" the spirit in a vessel. IMHO that sounds a lot like part of a ritual rumoured to summon djinn.
The simplest way I think you could effect the relocation, is to create a "link" between the old, and the new, garage is by taking something, say a brick, from the old garage, and incorporating it into the new garage. If the spirit wants to relocate to the new garage it should then be able to do so.
How much space does a spirit need, sounds much like "How many angels can dance on a pinhead?" It was a serious theological question and might worth doing some reading to find out what answers come up.

If you ask someone like Hegel then philosophy (as well as everything else) reduces to Spirit. The world we experience is nothing more than the self-actualization of Spirit; Abstract Spirit becoming Absolute Spirit through internal conflict and reconciliation in synthesis. However, it is clear that some of his followers (Marx, Engels, etc) saw no room for the movements of Spirit in philosophy. Instead they reduced all world events and social changes to economic development. While this materialistic dialectic still contained the triad thesis, antithesis, synthesis the mechanism was far from the Hegelian notion of Spirit. While I'm not in full agreement with Hegel, I do think there is room for Spirit in philosophy.

If it was me I would simply say a quiet prayer to the Spirit and tell her what I was doing. I would offer her the opportunity to move in, but it would be up to her to agree.

The spirit of the woman is gone, it cannot come back. And if you are inquiring about evil spirits, they live inside of people , they are always looking for a body to live in.

I dont think she needs a space. Just proceed with your life probably there is nothing much you can do about what happened in the past. Just pray a lot.

Oh. grow up. What are you expecting? There are no spirits, it's just religious brainwashing nonsense. Get real and understand that believing in spirits is for suckers.
