Which is best for image quality?

For image quality AND size, Baseline Optimized. For BEST quality, Baseline Standard. For quick online or general use, Progressive.

I think you are referring to JPEG export. Basically the image quality should stay the same, but the file size should get smaller.

Progressive is the best quality I think... I uninstalled CS3 tho :/
