I'm in college and new here. My friends and I are trying to decide. Any hints? And please say something other then clubbing--that's what EVERBODY does.

Are you kidding? There's so much to do it's ridiculous!
Go to the Griffith Park Observatory - they hove a couple of really fascinating shows and exhibits. Plus the view from up there is fabulous! Can be reomantic too!
Catch an art film at Universal Citywalk. They also have shopping!
Go have dinner at La Fondue Bourgignone (sp?). A wonderful french experience. Great food and resonable prices. I think it's in Century City, but not sure.
Hit the beach - watch the waves and other people
Shop at the Bloick in Orange County.
Knots Berry Farm has a great Halloween experience - that only works on Halloween of course.
Look in the enterntainment ads. They have interactive dinner theaters - you solve a mystery while they serve the food,. Lots of fun!
Go to the Queen Mary and see the ship. It's really cool at night- some people say it's haunted.

Go see a taping of a TV show.
OR go to a live comedy show at The Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.

wow there is nothing to do in socal! go to the movies...thats where im going probably. or go down to santa monica to the pier or promanade. the only places i really like to go.
