The question is concerned with religion & spirituality begining from birth to death on our universe.The pursuit four fold aim of life has to be carried out in a regulated fashion. These can be classified as: 1.Religion: to follow the path of enternal truth 2. Money( Economic) The economic well being and means to achieve 3.Married Life: The married life for a healthy progency or sense gratification. 4. Salvation: the salavation can be said in different religions by denoting them by different words but meaning can be same as:Buddhist concept of Nirvana,Christian concept of Heaven,Islamic view of Firdaus,Hindu( vedantic) View of Moksha. The biggest reward on our universe is to carry on three aims of our life on universe as pointed out in the first Para. And last aim implies there to get Salvation as pointed out in different religions. Accordindly, the biggest reward here & there can be defined as stated above. I thank to the questioner to ask important question from the point of view of our universal society.

Walking in the Presence of GOD Almighty (Jesus) while your on the Earth. This is also called Walking in Holiness.
His Presence is worth more that Silver and Gold.
In Heaven?
Don't know, haven't Learned yet what the Rewards are.

The biggest reward on Earth is to have Allah's pleasure, and in Heaven it's being close to Allah in person.

Here on earth, is receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior ( meaning salvation in Him, is our reward here!)
Once we get to heaven, His kingdom is our reward, and more than that Just meeting Jesus face to face! HE is our reward.
So either way-- it is ALL about Jesus!
