Everytime your dog goes into heat, her risk of getting cancer greatly increases. Get her spayed.
The reason you get "well you should take her to the vet answers" Is because you should take her to the vet!
No one here can diagnose pregnancy in your dog online. A vet can, go to one.

Most likely- sorry you don't want to hear it, but you SHOULD see a vet. You have no idea what she mated with- if it was a dog much bigger than she is, she may well die if a pup gets stuck in the birth canal. you should see your vet for an exam and xray to count the pups, estimate a due date, and see the pup's size. In the future, if you can't be responsible enough to keep track of your dog in heat, spay her- it would be far kinder than letting her breed with who-knows-what and endangering her life.
If you are too selfish to still take her to the vet, get ready for pups, read up all you can...leaky nipples with weight gain probably means a pregnant dog. read up on how to take her temp. so you can watch to see when the litter comes- DO NOT 'let nature take it's course' and ignore the birth, even if it's in the middle of the night. Could be the death of your dog.

Like some others have said , if she's been around un-fixed males , she might be pregnant . My dog ran off one morning and came back a few hours later . She started to become sluggish and have the signs your dog has . If she is , after she has her puppies and you've weaned them , get her spayed immediately !

Many dogs have false pregnancys and will look and act it until full term, then get depressed. Did she get out? If you don't want the vet response, then well.....why dont you wait it out......that sound like a good idea.......What are you thinking? lol Just go to the vet, find out and spay her. That would be the ONLY way to know, unless you like my other answer.
