I've seen this guy around a lot in my zombie like clone school, who stands out from everyone else. I'm interested in him. He comes off very mysterious. I get this hutch in my stomach when I know that someone is worth getting to know. I want to talk to him, we've never said a word to each other. If I go up and say something, would I come off too strong? Would this scare him?

No. Your just talking, nothing out of the ordinary.
Now, going up and asking him on a date, thats coming on to strong.

should not scare him at all--don't start out too aggressive; first start talking about school stuff--a tough test, a mean teacher, tomorrow's homework. See how that goes before working up to the personal stuff.

Why should talking to him scare him? Just start making small talk with him, and gradually build from there. Everybody likes more friends.

not at all, I'm in the same boat, except that I like a girl not a guy cuz i'm not gay, anyway, no I wouldn't find it weird and I don't think he would either, gor for him :-)
